This country is incomparable due to its amazing cuisines differing from one region to another. Bavaria and Swabia in southern Germany are famous for their culinary experimentations. Germans like pork, beef and poultry - in short, Germans love meat. They have lots of admiration for pork that is their most favourite food.
Germany is known for sausages - over 1500 varieties vie for your palette. How many can you try in one visit to this resort! Vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, carrots, turnips, spinach and beans are common here. A typical German dinner would be cold meat and cheese with bread, and Germany doesn't disappoint, with more than 300 varieties of breads to dine!
Italian Pizza & Pasta, Turkish and Arab Doner Kebab and Falafel are abundantly eaten. Chinese, Greek, Indian, Thai and Japanese delicacies are popular in Germany. Restaurants here are some of the most elaborately decorated eateries in the world.
Beer is the national drink of Germany. Alt, Bock and Dunkel are some of the best beers here. Wine too is popular in most of its areas but Germany is famous for its highest beer consumption at 116 litres per person annually.
