Alice Springs is a vibrant town in the Northern territory. Renowned for its ultra modern cafes, international hotels and restaurants, the town also houses the Aboriginal Art and Culture Centre, Todd Mall Markets, Frontire Camel Farm and Alice Springs School of the air.

Tennant Creek located between Darwin and Alice Springs is an old mining town. The town is a great stop for the tourists wanting to visit the Devil's Marbles. The Devil's marbles comprise huge red granite boulders that nestle together.

Covering a sprawling area of 12,500 square miles, Kakadu national park makes its dominant presence in the World Heritage area list. The diverse landscape with wetlands, gorges, floodplains, waterfalls, Aboriginal rock art and rainforest pockets offer vibrant variety for the beholder.

Uluru also called Ayres Rock is considered the famous monolith in the world. The rock is protected inside the precincts of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. The Monolith, made of a unique kind of sandstone has special significance to the Anangu Aboriginal people. Watching this beautiful geological formation on the never-ending sands of the desert is a humbling experience.
